Hi [~cuicui], have you solved this issue?
If not, I suggest you check this [https://kylin.apache.org/docs20/gettingstarted/faq.html] firstly. The first question in this FAQ is quite similar. Please give it a try.
If above solution did not work, try to change tez to mr in your hive-site.xml.
Let's discuss such questions by mail list instead of JIRA. Because Jira is for tracking issue and tasks, mail list is for discussion and questions. Thanks.
