[PR] Remove celery code from the Go Worker [airflow]

ashb opened a new pull request, #56964:

   It worked "just about well enough" some of the time, but it is not really fit
   for production use, and it doesn't have the abilty to report error status
   back, so we don't want to use it.
   
   Now we have an edge worker API, it's time to remove it.
   
   (The readme still metions Celery, that is being overhauled entirely in a
   follow on PR.)
