the most current version of Apache OpenOffice is 4.1.0 which you can download
from:
http://www.openoffice.org/download/
The version referenced in this issue is quite old, and we aren't "actively"
correcting problems with that version. Please try your export again with our
newer version, and update this issue with your results.
Also, if at all possible, please provide an attachment of the PDF document with
filled in values for further investigation by developers or qa members. Or
even, provide a link to the document you used for further investigation.
