New Xalan-C++ 1.4 candidate distributions




I've just placed new distributions here:

   http://xml.apache.org/xalan-c/dist/candidate/

Anyone looking for the old distributions, can find them here:

   http://xml.apache.org/xalan-c/dist/candidate/archive/

Please report any problems you might find to the list.  If nothing major is
discovered by Saturday, I'll consider them official.
