Steps :
===========================
1. Deploy an advanced zone CS setup.
2. Add host tags for the host.
3. Put the host in maintenance mode and delete the host.
Expected behavior :
===========================
1. Once the host tags are added for the host. an entry for that host is created in the cloud.host_tags table.
2. when the host is deleted, its entry also should be deleted from host_tags table.
Observed behavior :
==========================
When the host is deleted, its entry doesn't get deleted from the host_tags table.
