jar:deploy

Hi,

"jar:deploy" hang because ssh ask for a password on
stdin and I dont see it in maven.

How does apache project handle this when uploading to
the ibiblio repository?
Is there any way to interactively enter a password
when deploying?

Best way I've been able to get it to work is to use public key auth in
ssh.
