Our stand application has been accepted. I will share promotional materials here once they are ready.

Hi!

We are delighted to inform you that your stand application for CommunityOverCode Asia has been accepted. 

We are pleased to offer you free stands to share technology, demo software, interact with your users and developers, exchange stickers and give away goodies.

We offer you:
- A table with a set of chairs and a power socket
- Fast wireless internet access
- 2 conference passes for 3 days for staff

You need to prepare:
- Please arrange 1-2 staff/volunteers to represent your community exhibit for the 3 days of the conference
- You can bring your own brochures, flyers, pull-up banner and other promotional materials
- It is recommended to design some interactive or experience sections, and provide some give away goodies for attendees. We also look forward to exchanging community stickers with you.

We greatly appreciate your commitment to help promote the event through your official website, blog, and social media channels. To facilitate further communication and coordination, please scan the QR code below to join our WeChat group.
