No bean named 'componentConfigurator' error

Hi all,
	I can't seem to find what is causing this error.  I have an old
continuum install (continuum-1.1-alpha-2) and the project builds fine.
I have tried to move everything to 1.2.3 and it throws this error one
some of the .pom's:

	Any ideas?
