Merging zh-tw translation

I might have done this wrong. Correct me if this is not the usual way.

I built the binary of revision 1609426 and found part of the zh-tw
translation submitted to pootle isn't merge to the build. I think it
must because that I keep submitting changes to pootle whenever I found
something wrong.
I'm not sure if merging is a manual process, but I want to remind
(someone) that there are further changes after it was merged last
time.

It is a manual process. So: if you opened an issue for the import, 
reopen it saying that there are further fixes to be imported.

so zh-TW was last imported from Pootle to the sources 7 days ago in 
revision r1608415. Anything that you fixed in Pootle after that must be 
reimported.
