Quite a lot has been done in the Branding area.

  1. We have agreed to drop "Qi4j" altogether and embrace "Apache Zest" and "Apache Zest, Java Edition" to keep the door open for Qi4CS to join if/when it is ready.

  2. We have tried to locate all "Qi4j" names and changed them to Zest in all documentation. 

  3. We have introduced the link between Qi4j and Zest.

  4. We a frequently referring to Apache Zest, to reinforce our Apache community presence and trademark.

  5. There is (tm) marker on practically all "Zest" text, to make it clear.

  6. Main pages (the non-version-variable docs) has the footer; <quote>Copyright © 2015 The Apache Software Foundation, Licensed under the Apache License, Version 2.0.  Apache Zest, Zest, Apache, the Apache feather logo, and the Apache Zest project logo are trademarks of The Apache Software Foundation. All other marks mentioned may be trademarks or registered trademarks of their respective owners.</quote>

  7. The generated, version-dependent main documentation has the same footer; <quote>Copyright © 2015 The Apache Software Foundation, Licensed under the Apache License, Version 2.0. Apache Zest, Zest, Apache, the Apache feather logo, and the Apache Zest project logo are trademarks of The Apache Software Foundation. All other marks mentioned may be trademarks or registered trademarks of their respective owners. </quote>

  8. Old documentation pages are not regenerated and kept in its original form.
