Thanks for your report and patch. A patch for the problems with
ap_uuencode was included in 1.3.6. A patch for ap_uudecode has
been added to the current development (1.3.7-dev).

Both patches applied differ somewhat from the submitted patches
in that they don't require copying to a temporary buffer.
