[SDO Java] - parameter was added to SDO Maven Plugin

Just noticed -schemaNamespace option was supported by XSD2JavaGenerator but not by SDO Maven plugin. Without this plugin parameter support, one cannot generate all namespaces by modifying the toolsTest project's pom.xml.

I have made changes in revision 573394 to support this parameter and added new wsdl/xsd files to toolsTest project for testing such capability.
