   Not 100% sure what you mean, but regarding host and port I think we should do the same as we did e.g. in gRPC , i.e. ignore settings done in the component and rely solely on Quarkus config. https://camel.apache.org/camel-quarkus/latest/reference/extensions/grpc.html#_additional_camel_quarkus_configuration
