   So while this URL was resolved correctly 6.0.2
   
   `content://com.android.providers.downloads.documents/document/raw%3A%2Fstorage%2Femulated%2F0%2FDownload%2F00052123047880195188.pdf`
   
   on 7.0.0 I get error 1 (not found)
