   @zhongkaiuu When the retry logic conflicts with the timeout logic, it will first ensure that the timeout logic is correct. If this place needs to be changed, it is recommended to post a discussion in the dev mailing list [address]    (https://rocketmq.apache.org/about/contact).  After all, this is a very important change, and I will close the Issue first, but please feel free to reopen it if you have any other issues.
   
   And more, It is recommended to upgrade to the latest version eg. 4.7.0, because this part of the logic is also optimized a lot
