[Bug 2958] uuencoded Windows executables NOT detected.

I don't think this is an issue.  1) windows executables don't mean spam 
(viruses/worms aren't spam), 2) there are a billion encoding formats out there 
we can't really deal with all of them, 3) are there mailers that undecode then 
execute uuencoded/binhex attachments?

any other devs care if I close wfm?
