         Environment: RHEL 6 / 7 with latest updates installed.

Initial installation fails with the following message:

Execution of '/usr/bin/yum -d 0 -e 0 -y install '<package>'' returned 1. Error Downloading Packages:
...
{noformat}

The installation via console and yum does not show any error.
