svn.collab.net is going down for a bit.

Doing some repository re-jiggering.

Also, after 0.28 hits the scene, expect a more extended delay of this
nature as the repositories suffer the dump/load cycle.

...and now it's back up.

ATTENTION: gsvn and RapidSVN users and developers!! Your source code
has been migrated to a new repository.

  - RapidSVN now lives at http://svn.collab.net/repos/rapidsvn/
  - gsvn now lives at http://svn.collab.net/repos/gsvn/

To the best of my knowledge, all version history has been maintained,
and your revision numbers have not changed (the repositories are
stuffed with empty revisions where there were no changes to your
respective projects in the Subversion repository). However, your
existing working copies aren't worth much -- you will need to
re-checkout from the new repository location.

Commit mails from these two repositories are aimed at their respective
dev@ lists (until the project owners notify me that they wish to point
them to a different list, possibly a new commits@ list -- hint, HINT).
