Extend the {{ReplaceNullWithFalse}} optimizer rule introduced in SPARK-25860 to also support optimizing predicates in higher-order functions of {{ArrayExists}}, {{ArrayFilter}}, {{MapFilter}}.

Also rename the rule to {{ReplaceNullWithFalseInPredicate}} to better reflect its intent.
