Currently we don't have a metric for tx deadlocks count. 

We have metrics for commits/rollbacks count and other tx related metrics. Also we have an warning message in the log in case of tx deadlock. Tx deadlock count metric will allow to react faster on tx deadlock events, and gather statistics without analyzing Ignite logs.
