[Request] Remaining cvs2svn for mod_perl

[cvs]/modperl-site:
  Can be just left alone, as it is not used anymore.

[cvs]embperl:
  Moved to [svn]/perl/embperl/trunk (with tags/branches there too)

[cvs]modperl (aka modperl-1.x)
  Moved to [svn]/perl/modperl/branches/1/
  *Tags along with mp2 tags in [svn]/perl/modperl/tags/
