Build Problems

Hi,

For a while now I have troubles building trunk from fresh checkouts.

Running "ant lite" right now it gives me compile errors starting with:

"mvn install" fails with errors, too:

What's it that I'm doing wrong?

BTW, it would be cool to have a BUILDING.txt for Server.

AFAICT ant lite only works once ant has been run once. should probably
put some conditional stuff in so that when the james jars are absent,
a fully build is done

try just 'ant' ot 'ant dist' (i don't use 'ant lite')

(i think the problem is that the deployment builds don't use the
standard patterns and so have to be maintained independently)
