problem in storm ui after submit the topology

I got this error
ava.lang.RuntimeException: backtype.storm.multilang.NoOutputException: Pipe
to subprocess seems to be broken! No output read. Serializer Exception:
usage: simbolt.py [-h] --data DATAPATH --pre PRECOM

how can i debug or now where is the problem exactly ?
