CXF supports JAX-RS bean validation 1.1 [1].
Unfortunately, the available implementations are either Hibernate Validator or Apache BVal 1.0, not yet released (1.0-alpha-SNAPSHOT available).

Syncope already features BVal 0.5 for OpenJPA bean validation, so the logical choice is to wait for BVal 1.0 to be generally available.
