svn client configuration

Should we add ".classpath .project .settings" to global-ignores in
http://cwiki.apache.org/GMOxDEV/subversion-client-configuration.html?

Hi Jarek, the GEP actually has .classpath and .project files under svn control so 
might cause some confusion for GEP developers. We don't have any .settings files 
under svn control though.....
