   Breaking this down into follow-up issues for tracking:
   
   - #3161 Reintroduce a prebuilt `fluss-quickstart-flink` image for the main quickstart
   - #3162 Move the manual JAR + Docker Compose Flink setup into Engine Flink getting started
   - #3163 Plan a `fluss-quickstart-spark` image for Spark Quickstart
   
   These three issues split the proposal into: restoring the default low-friction Flink quickstart path, preserving the advanced manual setup path in a more appropriate guide, and planning the Spark counterpart.
