[jira] [Created] (OAK-12213) Tree store: child node list maybe be incorrect if an intermediate node is missing
Thomas Mueller created OAK-12213:
------------------------------------
Summary: Tree store: child node list maybe be incorrect if an intermediate node is missing
Key: OAK-12213
URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/OAK-12213
Project: Jackrabbit Oak
Issue Type: Improvement
Reporter: Thomas Mueller
If there is a list of nodes with a missing
* /test
* /test-node
* /test-node/child/node
* /test-node/child/node/test
* /test/child
(Notice that /test-node/child is missing.)
In this case, listing the child nodes can return the wrong entries. When reindexing, trying to aggregate many levels deep (the more levels deep the more likely) can result in an endless loop.
