Translation: arabic

FYI I'm just getting started with an Arabic translation of the .po files
and some doc.  I'll coordinate with http://www.arabeyes.org.

Great! Welcome to the project. Did you see TRANSLATING and HACKING in the
top of the Subversion source tree? They explain most of what there is to
know about translating the program.
