maven site / faq

Howdy,

I added the FAQ to the quick links section. Thanks to Martin for getting
the FAQ plugin working again. Now it needs a little adjusting to the new
css stuff as it looks a bit off ... but it's there and the content is
readable :-)

I'll get the JavaDocs in there too.
