Moving jira emails to commits@

What do people think about moving all of the automatically generated emails from jira and github.com to commits@m.a.o?

It would cut down noise significantly on dev@, we may be able to configure jira so that only watchers of a particular JIRA receive all emails. The rest would still be recorded on commits@.

Ideally in this configuration, the opening of a jira would go to dev@, and the rest of the edits, updates, etc to commits@.

This way those of us that want to see Lloyd updates would be able to follow on commits@ without clogging up the dev list.

Andy
