Lucene/Solr 4.8 release branch created

Hi,

I created the Lucene/Solr release branch for version 4.8: https://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/lucene/dev/branches/lucene_solr_4_8

Please only commit blocker issues to this branch! The version numbers in the current stable branch_4x were updated to Lucene 4.9. I will start the first RC during the next week.

Uwe
