When an HBase table is accessed in CELL or ROW format for certain
operations (upd stats, grant/revoke, etc), an implicit external table is
created to generate an object UID.
Proposed enhancement is to provide support to register them in traf
metadata without creating an external table.

This jira is the followup to the same enhancement done for hive
table (TRAFODION-2584).
