[VOTE] Shale version 1.0.4 Release
Once more, with a slightly different subject to keep archives and
email clients happy. This is a vote to release Apache Shale version
1.0.4. There are no functional changes since the last vote (delta
addresses Niall's comments). This vote is scheduled to close in 72
hours (Monday 8th late afternoon EST).
(1) The repository has been tagged (long, possibly fragmented URLs below):

Thank you so much for all your hard work on this. I feel really bad about
requesting a release and letting yo do all the work, but you move a lot
faster than me :-)

Pending 24 hours for reporting any errors in counting etc., I plan to
complete the release tasks:
* Copy the m2 artifacts and the metadata files over to the m2-rsync repo
* Copy the release artifacts (*.zip), readme to the /www/wao/dist space
* Roll version numbers in 1_0_X branch
* Sync up 1_0_X branch and trunk (except the 1.1 new features, ofcourse)
