Tab disappered problem

Hellow all,
I have a problem about Tab disappered.

When I set "services.TemplateService.default.extension=jsp" in
TurbineResources.property.
Everytime I customize layout, If I back to Home or any without clicking
"confirm" or "cancel" button, the Tab boutton will all disapper.
If  I set "services.TemplateService.default.extension=vm",the Tab button
will always appear.

Any one could hepe me on this issue?
