   Thank you @peter-toth, I did a git clone and grabbed the latest source and compiled, this is showing 3.4.0-SNAPSHOT.  I added in your changes and recompiled the spark-sql and then ran some of the tests.  I also ran our actual real sql server queries using this and everything is working correctly.
