Doychin Bondzhev created MJAVADOC-616:
-----------------------------------------
Summary: JavadocReportTest.testOptionsUmlautEncoding fails on Windows with default ecnoding that does not support umlauts
Key: MJAVADOC-616
URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/MJAVADOC-616
Project: Maven Javadoc Plugin
Issue Type: Bug
Affects Versions: 3.1.1
Environment: Windows 10, Bulgarian encoding
Reporter: Doychin Bondzhev
I tried to run freshly checked out version of javadoc plugin and JavadocReportTest failed on my machine.
I use Windows and I use Windows-1251 encoding. That encoding does not have umlauts so when build is run with java 8 it fails.
