Drive 3.3.2 release
Hi,
I'd like to drive the 3.3.2 release. Alejandro pointed me to the
directions here<https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/OOZIE/How+To+Release>.
I think we should include any bug fixes currently in trunk.

I'm going to try to pull in most of the patches that are currently in trunk
but not in branch-3.3. More specifically all bug fixes and minor
features/improvements (e.g. not wfgen, not things that change the DB
schema, etc).
