AppVeyor Vs2013 Build timed out

Is there anyway to restart an AppVeyor build if it times out?

You can rebuild any commit if you have configured AppVeyor for your own clone of reef. For apache project AppVeyor, we're not admins so we can only kick rebuild by pushing new commit to the pull request which is building
