Add actions column to segments view. the wrench now gives the user the ability to drop a segment using the /druid/coordinator/v1/datasources/${terminatetDatasourceId}/segments/${terminateSegmentId} endpoint. The magnifying glass now shows both metrics and dimensions in the table action dialogs component.
