Please help

hi,
 i installed the nighly version of of Struts 1.0.2, and accordingly i set
the classpath. and put the .jar, .dtd files according to the instruction.
the problem i am facing now is 

MessageResourcesFactory.createFactory
java.lang.ClassNotFoundException:
org.apache.struts.util.PropertyMessageResourcesFactory

Please help me.
