karaf-maven-plugin issue

Hey!

I've got a conceptual issue with the karaf-maven-plugin. While Karaf by default installs the feature with the highest
version number during runtime, the karaf-maven-plugin takes the first feature it finds and adds it to a bundled Karaf
binary. This is especially troubling when there no connection to a repository or no internet connection at all available.

Wouldn't it make more sense to take the feature with the highest version number and add it to the archive?

Regards,
Kristof

No opinions on that?
