I asked ISRG to review our use of the words Let’s Encrypt in e.g. the documentation in SVN. 

Their answer is:

I don't see any issues with Apache's use of our trademarks per the link you sent. It clearly states that it's an ACME client that interacts with Let's Encrypt.
