[users@httpd] My server returns a 301 "Moved Permanently" !!

Hi everybody.
I'm a new user of this mail list.

I'm trying to put an HTTP server in my computer using
Apache. It worked for a few days but now, every time I
try to enter a user directory /~xxxxx/, it returns a
301 message: "Moved permanently". I was wondering if
anyone of you can help me or tell me why is this
message. I have not moved any file, of course.
