What is the difference between...

apache/dist/jakarta/tomcat-4/binaries/tomcat-4.1.18-LE-jdk14.zip

and

apache/dist/jakarta/tomcat-4/binaries/tomcat-4.1.18.zip

???

The LE version is smaller. What is the difference and the purpose of the
difference?
