[jira] Commented: (LUCENE-1268) Changes.html should be visible to users for closed releases

Steven Rowe commented on LUCENE-1268:
-------------------------------------

As of release 2.4.0, Changes.html is now available from the main user pages (http://lucene.apache.org/java/2_4_0/changes/Changes.html). Assuming that the release process has been modified to incorporate this feature, this issue can be closed as fixed, right?
