project website pages need to be cleanup and to become current
--------------------------------------------------------------

                 Key: TUSCANY-2744
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/TUSCANY-2744
             Project: Tuscany
          Issue Type: Improvement
    Affects Versions: Java-SCA-1.4, Java-SCA-2.0
            Reporter: haleh mahbod
            Assignee: haleh mahbod
            Priority: Critical

For each project clarify
- business value
- what the technology is
- What is offered in Tuscany and how it relates to the specification

Basically, provide more detail as the user drills down on into the technology going from overview to project page to documentation.

Also clean up the navigation menus to be consistent.
