Compile on linux

Hi,

Just though I'd give it a go. The issues are:
1. Very minor build file issue re pixelbender.
2. About 20 pixel bender files that need to be obtained/compiled somehow.
3. An AIR spark issue.

Anyone shed some light on the the AIR issue?
