Tests fails in DNSPublicKeyRetrieverTest on line 64.

( It forbid me to validate James tests in the train... )

I think it could be a good idea to use a STUB here, so that we do not rely on external systems for our test, and so we can play tests anywhere.

I do not have a complete listing of all failing tests without internet connection.
