Status of Doc checkout process

With the Git repository not quite set up yet (thanks Keith or all the
work!), I have held off on updating the checkout spreadsheet since I think
we will ultimately use a different method. I have just finished my first
pass at AOO41GS5 and I will move on to 6.

 It would be good to have the checkout document separate from the branch
being edited so you don't have to do a pull request of all of the edits
just to notify that you have moved on to other chapters. Could there be a
global check out document in Main?

I had actually thought about that when I set it up, but for some reason
I did it by branch. The more I look at it the the more I see you are
right and it should be in main. I will do that either later this evening
or tomorrow morning.
