James should warn about a non-local postmaster address

Summary: James should warn about a non-local postmaster address
           Product: James
           Version: unspecified
          Platform: Other
        OS/Version: Other
            Status: NEW
          Severity: Normal
          Priority: Other
         Component: James Core
        AssignedTo: james-dev@jakarta.apache.org
        ReportedBy: noel@devtech.com

If you (accidentally) specify a postmaster address that is not for a local
domain, James doesn't complain, but the default behavior will send e-mails to
postmaster@aLocalDomain to the spam spool, because the PostmasterAlias mailet
replaces postmaster@aLocalDomain with the postmaster address registered, and
that domain isn't local, so it gets trapped by the anti-relaying logic.

We don't know how a give system will handle relaying, but we should log a
warning when James starts if the postmaster address isn't local.
